Tom Mullikin Presents at the 17th International Conference on Modeling, Monitoring and Management of Air Pollution in Tallinn, Estonia
Tom Mullikin was invited to participate in the 17th International Conference on Modeling, Monitoring and Management of Air Pollution. The conference, sponsored by Wessex Institute of Technology, was held during July 20-22, 2009 in Tallinn, Estonia. On July 22, Tom presented his paper “Guiding Principles for Creating Environmental Regulations that Work,” which also was published in “Air Pollution XVII” in connection with the conference.
